Depression Glass Secrets™
Frequently Asked Questions
1. "Is it an actual book delivered to my house?"
Depression Glass Secrets™ and the bonus books (more about them soon) are all e-books. That means you download them to your computer and read them there. You can even print them out or save them to floppy disc or CD if you want.
Don't worry, its easy and I give simple-to-follow step-by-step instructions on how to do it.
I am just a 'One-Man-Operation' and can only offer these books at such a low price by doing it this way.
Ebooks have the following advantages over hard books:
- You save money on shipping and handling costs.
- Getting a refund is a simple 5 minute process that doesn't involve driving to the store, wondering if they will accept your return or not.
-
You can print it out to read like a regular book and copy it to CD or floppy disc if you want to keep extra copies of it.
2. "Can I trust you enough to use my credit card?"
Of course I don't process the payments myself. I never ever see your credit card details and couldn't if I wanted to anyway.
It's all done by the #1 company on the Internet for processing these types of payments. They are very, very safe and have an extremely good reputation.
They are called Clickbank.com. They have tens of thousands of customers and successfully and safely process hundreds of thousands of orders everyday.
You see, I'm also worried people using fake or stolen cards or checks to buy my book, but with Clickbank I feel very safe.. I've never had a problem.
3. "If I want a refund will you really give me my money back?"
Customers who decide Depression Glass Secrets™ is not for them are always surprised and grateful for the speed with which I refund their money.
True to your word, thanks for the refund.

4. "I'm concerned about buying from you because I tried to get your email course and some of it didn't arrive."
Unfortunately, nowadays it is becoming very difficult to get email delivered. Some Internet providers are very severe in the way they filter your email before you even get it.
I really try my best to make sure everybody gets the free course, I even joined a $200/year service for testing emails to make sure they will be OK, but it's still no guarantee.
So I want you to know if you have trouble getting the free course it is not because I am lazy or inefficient - I really do try my hardest!
But most importantly, when you order, the download details will be on your screen in front of you. You don't have to wait for an email to arrive.
And I send an email as well anyway, just to be sure.
5. "Is it safe to download your books to my computer?"
Yes it is very safe.
I have no desire or motivation to attack your computer, I dislike viruses and the people who create them just as much as you do.
I have scanned these files myself for viruses and if you have virus software you can scan them again yourself before opening them if you like.
6. "Your book is too expensive?"
Well that is actually not true.
Considering what you get, if anything my book is very cheap.
Ultimately it's up to you to decide what you can or cannot afford.
The best I can do is offer 90-days-100%-money-back-and-you-keep-the-bonuses-anyway-guarantee. So if you decide it wasn't worth it, let me know and I'll refund your money anyway.
7. "Why have you lowered your price?"
I haven't actually lowered my price, I'm just testing the lower price.
A friend of mine is a professional marketer and he told me you should always test the price of your product, including lower and higher prices.
You are lucky because at the moment I am testing a lower price. I have plans to test a higher price soon.
8. "Why are you giving away so much stuff for FREE?"
Well the free course is to put you on the path to being a better Depression Glass collector.
The bonuses contain other information you should know, that I couldn't include in my book without making it 500+ pages long.
9. "I think you must be desperate if your guarantee lets me keep the bonuses even after you have refunded my money."
Most definitely not true.
I know that many people are still afraid to buy things off the Internet for fear of being 'ripped-off'.
I decided to give this guarantee to you as a way of completely eliminating any risk there might be to you, and thereby stop any fears you might have.
If I paid for advertising but sold a crappy product, everyone would ask for a refund and keep all the bonuses anyway. I'd go broke.
But that doesn't happen because people love Depression Glass Secrets™ and are becoming better Depression Glass collectors left, right and center.
Basically, I'm trying to transfer all the risk from you to me.
10. "Can I still read your books if I have a Macintosh computer?"
Not yet.
