Why not, indeed! Searching for romance in a foreign land has its own special kind of attraction. You are far away, and you cannot wait to see the environments and practices that are brand new to you. Finding that you are attracted to one of the natives can step-up your excitement and enchantment about the area much more than any art gallery or class! The opportunities to meet potential dates extend from inside a Spanish language school to a local coffee shop or hangout, and even just a random street corner.

There is one condition, though. You recognize just enough of the Spanish language to Inquire where your hotel is, (you end up lost ordinarily), and say please and thank you. A gorgeous Spanish woman is likely to be impressed that you are immersed in Spanish in Barcelona, and a hot Argentinean man is likely to be impressed by an American woman studying in Buenos Aires. This may score you an private tour of areas known only by the natives, and will most likely make your date more sympathetic. After all, you love his/her homeland enough to travel hundreds to thousands of miles away from your home to study there!
